Role Overview: Project Manager
The Project Manager will be accountable for:

Overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of Priority ERP systems for customers

Collaborating with various customer business units to assess requirements and identify areas for process optimization

Planning and delivering ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with timeline and budget

Maintaining proactive and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
-
Providing both technical and functional support aligned with customer needs
-
Tracking performance and executing tasks based on customer-defined KPls
-
Conducting business process analysis, training, and implementation within the ERP system
-
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Industrial Engineering)

3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation or helpdesk support

Proven expertise in ERP system maintenance and business process support
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in English, both spoken and written
-
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customer locations
Preferred Advantages

In-depth knowledge of Priority ERP modules

Familiarity with SQL

Prior experience supporting ERP systems in global, multi-company environments
