Role Overview: Project Manager

The Project Manager will be accountable for:

  • Overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of Priority ERP systems for customers

  • Collaborating with various customer business units to assess requirements and identify areas for process optimization

  • Planning and delivering ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with timeline and budget

  • Maintaining proactive and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Providing both technical and functional support aligned with customer needs

  • Tracking performance and executing tasks based on customer-defined KPls

  • Conducting business process analysis, training, and implementation within the ERP system

  • Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Industrial Engineering)

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation or helpdesk support

  • Proven expertise in ERP system maintenance and business process support

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customer locations

Preferred Advantages

  • In-depth knowledge of Priority ERP modules

  • Familiarity with SQL

  • Prior experience supporting ERP systems in global, multi-company environments

Work Environment

  • Remote work from home

  • On-site presence at customer locations as required
